ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must meet the following requirements to considered for admission: (a) Candidates must have completed an LLB Degree at a SA University or (b) Candidates who completed Broc degree prior to 31 December 2004 or (c) Candidates who have completed a law degree in a foreign country which is equivalent to the SA LLB degree and recognized by SAQA as equivalent. All applications will be considered by the Selection Committee

TUITION FEE

The tuition fee will be R18 000 per learner for the entire duration including VAT. Once the learner is admitted, he/she should pay the full amount before the commencement of the course. Learners are responsible for arranging their own accommodation and travelling.

DOCUMENTS TO ACCOMPANY THE APPLICATION

The application should be accompanied by the following documents, otherwise it will not be considered:

Certified Copy of the SA Identity Document

Certified Copy of LLB or letter from Dean of Law that the student has completed his/her LLB Degree

Certified Copy of Broc Degree obtained prior to December 2004

Certified copy of written proof of law degree completed in a foreign country recognized by SAQA as the equivalent of LLB Degree and original letter or certified copy as proof of such recognition
